Donald E. Hayes, Sr. Licensed Pre-Need Consultant & Co-owner

A graduate of Bethune Cookman University in Chemistry/Biology. Serves as Licensed Pre-Need Consultant and holds an Establishment Certificate of Authority to write pre-need contracts for final rites. Currently is the President of Hayes Brothers Corporation, is on the Board of Directors of YMCA and a Board Member of L.C.A.A. He is the founder of the Eustis Summer Youth Choir, Golden Years Mass Choir and Music Director of Sound Doctrine Ministries, is a member of Citadel of Hope Ministries and has two children.

Tommy L. Hayes III, CFSP Executive Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer & Co-owner

Has obtained an Associates Degree from the College of Boca Raton School of Mortuary Science, Bachelor's Degree from Albany State University, further studies in Administration and Supervision from Stetson University. Serves as the Licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer in Charge at the Central Eustis Chapel, is a Licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer in the states of FL & GA; member of the Academy of Graduate Embalmers of Georgia. Currently serves as President of the Florida Morticians Association, Vice President of the Lake County Funeral Directors, member of the Independent Funeral Directors Association of Florida, a retired Educator and member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Administrative Director and Elder of the Citadel of Hope Ministries, is married to Sharon Johnson Hayes and they have three sons and four grandchildren.

A graduate of St. Petersburg College in Funeral Services. Also, has earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Troy State University and Bachelors Degree from Florida A&M University in Business Administration. Serves as Licensed Funeral Director in Charge of the Altamonte Springs Chapel. A member of the National Funeral Directors and Morticians Association, Florida Morticians Association, Independent Funeral Directors Association, Epsilon Nu Delta Mortuary Fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice, and Florida Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association; continues to serve in various capacities throughout the communities of Central Florida. He is married to Chloa Tramaine Kendrick, and daughter, Aunyea.

Earline E. Holmes-Blumhagen Associate Funeral Director

A Pioneer in the Funeral and Aftercare arena; serving Central Florida families for almost three decades. Mrs. Blumhagen was born and raised in Orange County. She completed Public Schools, Southern College, Valencia College, International Seminary and Florida State College of Jacksonville, Florida. Obtaining degrees and certifications in Business, Marketing, Grief Counseling and Funeral Directing. She proudly endorses and involves herself on a multitude of community and religious platforms, including belonging to Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc. Presently, Mrs. Blumhagen humbly serves the Hayes Brothers Funeral Home as a Licensed Funeral Director and Aftercare Funeral Professional.

Carolyn Jones Office Manager

Carolyn started as a Lady Attendant in June of 2009 and was promoted to the administrative staff in March of 2012, handling day-to-day operations in the Eustis chapel. As a counselor, she has been trained to serve families with compassion. Also, has earned an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Pierce College, a Bachelors Degree in Christian Ministry and Masters Degree in Ministry from Chesapeake Bible College and Seminary. Her attention to detail ensures her attentiveness to the needs of the families served. She is also a Notary Public within the State of Florida.  She retired in 2006 after 29 years as a manager of Verizon Communications. She is married to Eddie Jones and has two children, six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

Myron J. Hayes, Sr. Director of Quality Control

Licensed Apprentice in 2010, a graduate of Eustis High School and was involved in the band and baseball. Attended the University of South Florida and St. Petersburg College of Funeral Services. Has served as Fleet Manager and Technical Funeral Assistant. He is a musician at Mt. Olive AME Church of Orlando.
